Frequently Asked Questions
1. What does the word nuh… noovooparr… “novoparatus” mean?
Words can be tough little buggers, can’t they? We’re glad you asked! In Latin, the word Novo means “new”, while the word Paratus means “Prepared”. Thus, novoparatus means you, prepared for the new. Isn’t that just adorable?
2. What the deuce is novoparatus.com?
Mmm.. yes indeed. We were afraid someone might ask that question. It’s quite complex really. We define it as a new website for “normies” (the regular, old fashioned, non-nerdy people) to prepare themselves for all those new-fangled websites and gadgets coming out every other day.
3. Ok. Cool… But what if I’m already a nerd?
Well my friend, enjoy the show! Although, some things may be a bit of old news for you hardcore nerds out there. We’ll try not to let you down though.
4. How can I tip you guys of a cool thing I just saw!?
Just shoot us an electronic mail message by filling out this mail form.
5. Do you get free stuff from greedy corporations who want you to like their stuff?
That’s a negative. Free stuff is overrated. Am I right? Am I right? No? Okay, maybe someday. If you must know the dirty details of how we get absolutely nothing, you can check out our Disclosure.
6. Can I reprint an article found on your website?
Absolutely. As long as the reprint abides by our Copyright Policy and Terms of Use
7. Who’s behind this acid trip of a website?
Acid trip? We’ll take that as a compliment. Thank you very much. The guys behind this circus can be found here.
